Our Journey

2018

The Beginning

Apache Pizza opens its doors in Kilcolgan with a vision to bring authentic Italian pizza to the Irish community. Our first wood-fired oven was imported directly from Naples.

2019

Community Recognition

Awarded "Best New Restaurant" by the Galway Food Awards. We also launched our signature Apache Special pizza, which quickly became a local favorite.

2020

Adapting & Growing

Despite challenges, we expanded our delivery service and introduced our popular catering menu. We also partnered with local Irish farms for fresh ingredients.

2022

Excellence Recognized

Received the prestigious "Italian Authenticity Certificate" from the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Ireland, validating our commitment to traditional methods.

2024

Innovation & Tradition

Introduced our online ordering system and expanded our gluten-free and vegan options while maintaining our commitment to traditional Italian recipes and techniques.
